Shipping policy

Deliveries from Fleuriste Laval Ouest are made through a professional courier service. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, along with valid contact phone number(s).

We contact the recipient in advance to ensure someone will be available to receive the order. If the recipient (or a designated individual) confirms availability but is not present at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to Fleuriste Laval Ouest. The recipient will then be contacted with our business hours to arrange for pickup.

Please note that the customer who placed the order will be responsible for any courier fees incurred due to a failed delivery attempt resulting from no one being available at the address.
